We offer one-hour boxing classes every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 4:30 PM, 5:30 PM, and 6:30 PM. Join us during any of these times for structured training led by our coaches. Open gym is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays for self-guided workouts.
